My Favorite Daily Shake!

1-c Cashew/Hemp Milk OR 1-c Kefir OR 1-c Coconut water (or mix)

1/4-c frozen, organic blueberries

1 small frozen banana, cut up into cubes

1 scoop Protein powder, high quality

1-T Almond butter, raw organic

1-2 T Coconut, unsweetened

1-c Kale, without stems

1/4 Avocado

1-T Nutritional yeast

1-T Goji berries

1-tsp Cacoa nibs

1-T Hemp seeds and/or Chia seeds

*Puree well for better absorption!  Adjust texture to liking!  Enjoy!
