Gluten Free French Toast

Gluten Free French Toast:

- Rice Bread

- 3 Organic Eggs

- 1 teaspoon Vanilla (authentic)

- Cinnamon (to taste)

- ½-1 teaspoon of Coconut oil

Add ½ t of coconut oil to pan.  Heat on medium.  Soak rice bread in the eggs and vanilla.  Put bread in pan.  Cook on medium a few minutes.  Sprinkle with cinnamon.  Enjoy!
