Anti-Inflam Cacao Balls – Healthy Fats, Protein & Antioxidants!

Cacao Balls

1 stick of organic butter

1 medium, blended ripe banana

1/4 cup rice syrup (Lundberg)

1/2 cup cocoa/cacao powder

1/2 cup of peanut OR almond butter

1/2 cup shredded coconut, unsweetened

1/2 cup dried tart cherries, minced

1/2 cup walnuts, chopped

1/2 cup gluten free oats

1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract

Blend together.  Roll into small balls.  Roll in a some more shredded coconut.  Refrigerate to become firm. Most importantly, Enjoy your antioxidant cocoa balls!
